Sacred Tide Co. is an initiative based in the Otways and Surf Coast for women, gender-diverse, and feminine-aligned people. It holds space for cyclical living and menstruality awareness, and supports intergenerational reconnection with the rhythms and intelligence of the body.

Community Tide
A collective and community of local members who come together to co-create workshops, gatherings, and seasonal experiences. The Collective is rooted in shared ownership and participation, fostering connection, learning, and cyclical resilience across generations. It is a space where community leads, and where relationships, place, and rhythm are at the centre.
Professional Tide
The professional arm of Sacred Tide, led by Dr Kay Weltz, offering leadership development and facilitation for organisations and groups. Through workshops and guided experiences, it supports women in leading with clarity, presence, and resilience, integrating cyclical awareness into leadership, decision-making, and change.
