~ Nurturing Change, One Cycle at a Time ~

~ The Story of
Sacred Tide Collective~

The Sacred Tide Collective was founded and is led by Kay - mother, marine ecologist, artist, and leader - whose journey into Cyclical Living (for her through Menstrual Cycle Awareness) transformed her life, work, and relationships. Honouring her own rhythms brought clarity, steadiness, and empowerment, reshaping how she leads across both her personal life and environmental research to protect our beautiful Otways coast and oceans.

The Sacred Tide Collective is community-rooted space for women, gender-diverse, and feminine-aligned people to reconnect with their bodies, honour their inner tides, and build resilience through shared workshops, gatherings, and seasonal events - driven by a collective of local memebers.

Sacred Tide Collective is a living, evolving practice of cyclical awareness, connection, and leadership across community.

Joining Kay as part of the organizational STC crew are a few wonderful local Legends of the Otways, including Shannon Thomas who runs a local Womens Circle: ‘Together we bloom’, Lily, Abby and Liz. Pics and Bios to follow shortly.

"In a world of change and uncertainty, women who honour their inner tides - pausing, acting, softening, rising - become resilient leaders, guiding themselves, their communities, and the natural world”. ~ Kay, founder

~ Our Purpose ~

To bring Cyclical Living (including Menstrual Cycle Awareness) into everyday life in a practical, inclusive, and empowering way - supporting feminine-aligned people to reconnect with their bodies, deepen embodied self-knowledge, and develop cyclical ways of living, leading, and relating.

~ Our Vision ~

A vibrant, connected community where menstruality is normalised, lived, and shared - where people are supported to understand and work with their cycles across all stages of life, from menarche to menopause and beyond. We envision a world where cyclical awareness strengthens both personal wellbeing and collective leadership.
