Workshop/Presentation: Surf & Cycle

As surfers, we learn to read the tides - what if we learned to read our inner tides too? Join surfer, OMER marine conservation leader and Sacred Tide Co. founder Dr Kay Weltz for an interactive exploration of the four phases of the menstrual cycle, how they can shape our surfing, and how this awareness can deepen our connection to the coasts and oceans we love. Open to anyone curious to learn, regardless of gender or stage of menstrual journey.

Ebb & Flow Conversations

Ebb & Flow Conversations brings women across the Surf Coast and Otways together for shared learning, storytelling and connection. Exploring Menstrual Cycle Awareness - from the four inner tides and cycle tracking to community-led topics like PMDD, postnatal hormones and perimenopause - it creates a supportive, cross-generational space from menarche to menopause.

Sacred Tide Gathering
