Sacred Tide Co. is an Otways- and Surf Coast–based initiative for women, gender-diverse, and feminine-aligned people. It creates space for cyclical living and menstrual awareness, supporting intergenerational sharing and reconnection with the body’s rhythms - while deepening connection to the natural world and nurturing healthier bodies, communities, and environments.

Community Tide
A collective and community of local members who come together to co-create workshops, gatherings, and seasonal experiences. The Sacred Tide Collective is rooted in shared ownership and participation, fostering connection, learning, and cyclical resilience across generations. It is a space where community leads, and where relationships, place, and rhythm are at the centre.
Professional Tide
Sacred Tide Co., led by Dr Kay Weltz, brings together three interconnected pathways ~ 1:1 mentoring, group and organisational facilitation, and immersive Salt & Cycle experiences.
All work is grounded in cyclical awareness, embodied practice, and reconnection with the rhythms of inner and outer tides.
