The Professional Tide offers workshops, facilitation and learning experiences for organisations, teams, community groups and social groups seeking more sustainable, human-centred approaches to wellbeing, leadership and ways of working together.
Led by Dr Kay Weltz, this work draws on cyclical living, menstrual cycle awareness, nervous system literacy and embodied facilitation practices to support healthier group cultures and more resilient, connected ways of engaging with life and work.
Grounded in both professional experience and lived practice across conservation leadership, outdoor education, nature connection and embodied cyclical living, this work bridges practical tools with deeper systems awareness and change.

Pricing is structured according to scale, depth and duration of engagement:
Short workshopsm (2–3 hours) from $350
Half-day sessions - from $650
Full-day facilitation - from $1,200
Multi-session programs or tailored group work - quoted individually
Travel costs may apply for in-person sessions outside the Otways region.
A limited number of reduced-cost community sessions may be available for grassroots groups, schools and not-for-profits aligned with this work.
