Workshop Series: Ebb & Flow Conversations

A local workshop series, Ebb & Flow Conversations, will begin in 2026.

A growing series of community-led conversations exploring topics surrounding menstrual cycle awareness (MCA), cyclical living, women’s health and wellbeing, and hormonal health across all life stages.

The series will feature both local and visiting facilitators, creating opportunities for shared learning, storytelling, education and connection within the community and beyond. Itw ill hold space for conversations which may explore topics such as hormones, PMDD, endometriosis, postpartum health, perimenopause and menopause, as well as how we speak about these experiences across generations and genders, and bring partners and loved ones into these conversations with greater understanding and care.

Topics and discussions will continue to evolve in response to community interest and curiosity.

Who: Women, gender-diverse and feminine-aligned people welcome, across all life and cycle stages. Under 18s accompanied by an adult.
